LATE ARRIVAL

 

All students arriving late must bring a note. If you arrive after Roll Call has commenced you will need to report to Late Roll Call which is held in La1 where your late arrival is recorded.

 

If you arrive after Roll Call has finished (i.e. after 9.20 a.m.) you need to report to the Front Office to have your late arrival recorded and be given a late pass to show to your teacher.

 

WHEN ABSENT

If you will be absent for an extended period, written or telephone advice is expected.

 

When you return to school, you must bring a note, stating your name, days absent and the reason for being away.

 

If you return without a note, a letter will be sent home to your parents, who are asked to reply promptly to it.

 

Arrangements may be made for a program of school work to be provided where extended absences are unavoidable. Parents should contact the Student Adviser in this situation.
